Greg Hutchins of Heritage Farm has added Zephyr Squash and ‘Easter Egg’ Radishes, Rainbow Carrots, Cucumbers and Tomatoes to their offerings this week. There are also a number of specials from Heritage Farm!

This past week, Greg let me know that the processor for his Beef products had a glitch in their software that controls the printing of the labels as meat is weighed on the scale. The FDA had changed some parameters for the processor and although the processor’s label would print, he was unable to print labels for Heritage Farm. Obviously, packaging could not STOP in order for this glitch to be remedied. The Beef Products that you receive may have a label that says: Processed by (IN TEENY TINY LETTERS) Wilson Farm Meat Processing (IN LARGE LETTERS)! The label does make it appear that the product is from Wilson Farm; however, you can be assured that the meat is from Heritage Farm and is of the excellent quality we all know to expect! Don’t forget your Bakery goodies! My Daily Bread offerings include all types of Organic Bakery products. In addition, Dabrielle makes some dynamite Cheese Spreads and Dips!
