Marie of Bakery on Brooks had a busy and fun time with her Grands. She is offering her Gluten Free Frozen Cinnamon Rolls on Special this week! These little gems are great to enjoy with Breakfast or a super treat during an afternoon Coffee or Tea break! Take one from the freezer, let it defrost (and rise), pop in the toaster oven for 20 minutes, top with butter and cream cheese frosting! Yum!
Dabrielle and Bruce Wills of My Daily Bread are offering Blackberries on the Market this week and will have Blueberries available for the Farmer Sales Table if Mother Nature cooperates! I already have put some of each in the freezer to enjoy when they are out of season!

Dabrielle and Bruce Wills of My Daily Bread are offering both Blueberries and Blackberries! Although they do not have an Organic certification for their Farm, they practice sustainable farming and never us chemicals! Although my favorite berry is the Blackberry, I was lucky enough to get both >b>Berry Offerings last week! Oh my goodness! Delicious! The Blackberries are HUGE and a literal ‘burst of flavor’! The Blueberries also are delicious and quite a yummy treat! Don’t miss the opportunity!

New Farmer
Morris Cleveland of Healing Earth Farm joined us as Farmer of the Week this past Thursday. We not only got to meet Morris but also his lovely wife, Annie and their positively adorable daughter, Athena! What a treat to get to know the family! Morris brought Honey, Eggs, Tomatoes, Potatoes and Corn. Things disappeared quickly and a good time was had by all. Unfortunately, when Morris and Annie returned home, it was to find that the storm that had gone through while they were gone decimated their Tomato and Corn Crops! Morris is re-planting and hopes to be with us soon! When I spoke with him on Friday, he said he needed a little time to see what – if anything, is salvageable. Please keep this Farmer and his Family in your prayers!

Blackberries and Blueberries
My Daily Bread has listed a few pints of both Blackberriesand Blueberries on the Market for this Thursday. Dabrielle and Bruce do not spray nor use any chemicals on their plants or berries. This is the beginning of the season for these little bits of deliciousness and Dabrielle says the Blueberries are quite prolific this year. The Blackberries may have been affected by the heat the last 2 weeks, so there may not be as many this year as in years past! There are only a few pints of each listed, so grab them quickly! If they are able to harvest enough on Thursday morning, we will have some on the Farmer Sales Table!

Honey Oat Bread and Blondie Brownies are now listed on the Market! Both are fabulous! Eating Gluten Free never tasted so good! Plan ahead and order extra to freeze!
Dabrielle of My Daily Bread offered Hamburger Buns Sale Table last week and they were quite a hit! She will be offering these gems this week on the Farmer Sales Table. There will be “Sliders” as well as Regular size. They are Not listed on the Market! Greg Hutchins of Heritage Farm has added Sliced Deli Ham, Ready to Eat Pulled Pork, Canadian Bacon, Ground Chicken and Round Steak to his offerings! Can’t wait to try these new products! I make a ‘to-die-for" BBQ Sauce (my Mom’s Recipe) and it will be perfect with the Pulled Pork! I made up a big batch a couple of weeks ago for the Pork Spareribs I purchased from Greg! They were fabulous!
Last week, I mistakenly reported that David and Shalley Carrell of Carrell Farms would not be on the Market this week! That was incorrect! They were gone last week! Check out their wonderful offerings of both Water Buffalo and Alpaca – great for Grilling!
